Summer has arrived in the Okanagan, and if you’re a volleyball athlete from the ages of 14-18, you're beginning to think about the next upcoming season. Whether that be high school tryouts or aiming to play Collegiate/University level volleyball, your focus should be on getting STRONGER and JUMPING HIGHER. Here at Athletic Performance Establishment, we have designed a 6 week Volleyball program that will utilize Strength training, Olympic Weightlifting and Plyometrics to increase your vertical jump, reduce likelihood of injury, and allow you to move quicker on the court. This program will be delivered in-person twice a week by our coaches to ensure the athletes are performing the training correctly, safely and so it has the most transfer back to the sport of volleyball.

This camp will lead athletes through a 6 week strength & conditioning program in which they will learn how to properly Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Olympic Weightlifting and perform Plyometric training correctly and safely. Our program is designed to help athletes increase their Spike and Block touch, as well as their overall athleticism for the sport of volleyball. Athletes will become versed in athletic training and finish the camp with better technique and proper movement patterns in the weight room. As many Collegiate and U-Sport volleyball programs have a Strength and Conditioning program, athletes should have a proper training background if wishing to compete at the highest level.
